Quality Analyst Intern

CRAFT Worldwide is looking for a Quality Analyst Intern to support our clients in the beauty sector.

This internship is designed for candidates who are eager to learn about quality assurance in creative and digital production. You will support the QA team in reviewing assets, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with day-to-day project tasks across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the quality review of incoming and outgoing video and digital assets on DAM platforms.
• Assist with basic metadata checks and tagging accuracy.
• Help ensure deliverables align with functional specifications and basic QA standards.
• Support project coordination involving multiple stakeholders under supervision.
• Assist in testing assets on platforms such as DV360, Litmus, and similar tools.
• Execute test cases provided by the team and report findings.
• Assist with regression testing after fixes are applied.
• Log, track, and help verify bugs and issues using internal tools.
• Support proper archiving and organization of files on storage servers.
• Learn and explore new testing tools and QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Design, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus).
• Familiarity with digital assets such as images, videos, emails, or social media content.
• Basic understanding of QA concepts or strong interest in quality assurance.
• Willingness to work with large volumes of files and pay close attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Interest in automation, AI, or emerging technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, or creative production workflows.
