Job Description

We're looking for Graduate Trainees!

Responsibilities

  • A Management Trainee is a professional in a structured training program designed to prepare them for a permanent role within the company.
  • The trainee will participate in a series of rotations across various departments to gain exposure to different business processes and functions.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting teams with daily tasks, learning essential operational skills, and applying theoretical knowledge in a practical work environment.
  • The program is designed to develop a broad understanding of the company's operations and to prepare the individual for leadership or specialized roles through project-based learning.

Qualification

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration in team-oriented environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical ideas.
