About the Role

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist with a proven record of driving lead generation and e-commerce sales through Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will have 2+years of experience managing diverse campaign types, setting up advanced tracking systems, and using data insights to optimize for ROI.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across:

Search | Display | Performance Max | Video (YouTube) | Demand Gen | Shopping (E-

commerce)

• Execute lead generation and sales conversion campaigns across industries such as

education, hospitality, and retail.

• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Implement and analyze data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for actionable insights.

• Configure enhanced e-commerce tracking and ensure accurate sales attribution.

• Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid optimization, and audience segmentation.

• Generate detailed performance reports and continuously improve campaign ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

• Strong expertise in lead generation and e-commerce performance marketing.

• Hands-on knowledge of GTM, GA4, and event/conversion tracking.

• Proficiency in Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Video Campaigns.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience across multiple industries preferred (education, hospitality retail, etc.).

• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
