You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of paid campaigns primarily focusing on google Adwords which will include

• Google Ads,
• Google Shopping Ads
• Re-marketing / Display Advertising

Experience and Skills

• Proven 5+ years SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads
• Experience with managing clients in an agency environment and managing large budgets.
• Experienced in optimising campaigns based on performance KPIs, CPA across both search ads and shopping ads.
• Technical knowledge of tracking and tags/pixels. Experience using Google Tag Manager is an advantage
• Strong in analytics and data analysis and able to draw valuable insights from the data and present this to the client.
• Ability in managing budgets across multiple campaigns and accounts
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Google Ads & Analytics certified will be a bonus

The role requires the successful candidate to:

• Setup, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Bing and any other paid advertising platforms that can generate a positive ROI
• Effectively scale Google Ad spend, whilst maintaining a positive ROI
• Create strategy across channels, outlining opportunities for Search, Display, YouTube and Programmatic.
• Review analytics to identify areas of opportunity
• Utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (eg split-testing) to maximise performance.
• Correspondence with clients, delivering strategic advice & performance reporting
• Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation.
• Educate clients on our strategies and tactics.
