Job Summary
MGM Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the organization's digital marketing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple business verticals, while leading a team to drive brand awareness, lead generation, online sales, and business growth.
This role requires expertise in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, social media strategy, campaign planning, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for hotels, restaurants, corporate events, weddings, events, theme park promotions, seasonal campaigns, and other business initiatives.
- Manage promotional campaigns across online ticketing platforms such as BookMyShow, District, and similar platforms.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars across all brands.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and reports to Management.
- Work closely with Management and internal business teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Design, Content, and Video teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
- Should have experience in handling websites.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Experience
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a digital marketing team.
- Experience in managing multi-brand digital marketing campaigns and performance marketing is preferred.
- Candidates from hospitality, entertainment, travel, or other consumer-focused industries are encouraged to apply.
