Job Title: Google ads/Meta ads/PPC specialist


Department: Marketing


Location: Panipat, Haryana


Employment Type: Full-Time


Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM


Reporting To: Director / Head of Marketing


Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Media Manager to lead the organization's digital marketing and e-commerce growth initiatives. The role is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Google Ads, Performance Marketing, PPC Campaigns, Web Analytics, E-commerce Marketing, and Digital Strategy, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.


Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing


Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Display Network, and other digital platforms.

Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

E-commerce Growth

Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and customer acquisition.

Manage product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketplace advertising initiatives.

Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Improve customer retention through remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and conversion tracking systems.

Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnels.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to management.

Content & Creative Coordination

Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies for digital campaigns.

Ensure all marketing creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Support website content updates and landing page optimization initiatives.

Market Intelligence

Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and platform updates.

Identify emerging opportunities to enhance digital presence and business growth.


Educational Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Preferred

(MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related specialization.)


Technical Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads platform.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience in PPC Campaign Management.
  • Conversion Tracking and Attribution Setup.
  • Advanced MS Excel and Reporting Skills.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce Marketing.


Experience Requirements


Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, PPC Campaign Management, or E-commerce Marketing.

Proven experience in managing digital advertising budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Experience in manufacturing, textile, home furnishing, retail, or consumer goods industries will be preferred.
