GM Projects (Renovations)

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts is looking for an experienced General Manager – Projects (Renovations) to lead refurbishment, renovation, and upgrade projects across our resort portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of resort renovation and refurbishment projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and resort operations.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and project governance.
• Ensure minimal disruption to resort operations during renovation activities.
• Monitor compliance with safety, statutory, and brand standards.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Renovations, Fit-outs, Hospitality Projects, or Design & Construction.
• Strong experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, mixed-use, or premium commercial projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale refurbishment and renovation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
