As a Business Development Associate – International Sales, you'll play a key role in helping parents discover the right learning opportunities for their children while building a successful career in a fast-paced, high-growth EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective parents across international markets through virtual consultations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning programs based on their child's goals.
- Build trust and nurture relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Present the value of Codeyoung's offerings and address customer queries with confidence.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead engagement to successful enrollment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Continuously enhance your sales, communication, and negotiation skills through structured training and coaching.
Who Can Apply
- Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience in sales, customer success, or business development.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, customer interaction, and achieving targets.
- Quick learners with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Training Period (First 2 Months): ₹20,000/month stipend
- Post Training CTC: ₹4.36 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹4 LPA Incentives

Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (International Process)
