What this partnership looks like

  • The Role: Global B2B/B2C Sales Consultant
  • Type: Independent Consultant / Remote Freelance (anywhere in the world)
  • Where you'll focus: Connecting with companies in the US, Europe, MENA, and AU/NZ.
  • Where you’ll work: Anywhere you want (100% Remote).


What you will be pitching

We have three core offerings that solve real problems for businesses today:

  1. Start Smart program for Founders/Startups: A structured package for global startups who want to validate their ideas and build an MVP fast. It is highly transactional and an easy door-opener.
  2. Bespoke Tech Solutions: Custom AI solutions and software/product development
  3. Staff Augmentation: Connecting global companies with premium, vetted tech talent from India on demand.



How we take care of you

We know that 100% commission-only roles can be stressful, especially with longer B2B sales cycles. We want to take that pressure off by financing your calendar activity:

  • Pay-Per-Meeting Base: We pay a guaranteed monthly activity retainer based on the qualified meetings you get on our calendar. Every time you set up a genuine discovery call with a decision-maker, you get paid.
  • Massive Commission Splits: You will earn an aggressive 'x' percentage on the total contract value of the deals you help close.
  • Passive, Recurring Income: For any staff augmentation contracts you secure, you will get a monthly recurring cut for the entire lifecycle of that contract.
  • Zero Caps: There are no limits or ceilings on what you can earn. Your income will strictly reflect your effort.



Who we are looking for

  • You have 3+ years of experience navigating outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, or agency growth.
  • You already speak the language of CTOs, Engineering Leads, and Founders, and you know how to reach them via LinkedIn, cold email, or your own warm network.
  • You love the autonomy of running your own sales process and want a reliable technical team to deliver top-notch work for the clients you bring in.
  • You have a Strong Sales and client relationship skills, with experience in managing a complete B2B or technology sales cycle.
  • You have demonstrated Consulting and customer-facing skills, including the ability to understand business needs and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • You have Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, analyze market trends, and prepare data-driven proposals or reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting will be an advantage.
