Job Title: General Manager –Sales (North)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise solutions, collaborating closely with City/Area Sales Managers and the head of revenue management.
  • Well versed with the various commercial real estate models of asset light,
  • Oversee the entire service delivery lifecycle, from lead generation to space handover, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Formulate and implement account plans to drive market share growth and exceed revenue targets, fostering strong relationships with International & Domestic Property Consultants (IPCs & DPCs).
  • Manage Sales P&L effectively of the region, focusing on revenue growth, maintaining occupancy and fill rates while ensuring the predictability of revenue through long tenure deals, higher escalation and overall profitability of the deal
  • Lead deal structuring with large size key accounts/marque clients including timely support on customization requests, specific requirements from an offering, branding or services perspective and nurture the relationship from an end-to-end customer delivery perspective.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, effectively managing escalations and providing strategic solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop sales strategies to form meaningful relationships with corporate heads of real estate, CFOs, Heads of HR and other business leaders to grow existing accounts.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions to facilitate business expansion through tailored enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to ensure competitive pricing strategies and deep understanding of local market dynamics


Key Requirements:

  • Postgraduate in Business Management/Sales/Hospitality Management
  • 12+ years’ experience working in Coworking, IPCs, Hospitality, Commercial Real estate, Premium Retail
  • Ability to build proactive partnerships with ley decision maker, C-Suite, Leasing administrators etc with a solution sales approach.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, Commercial Real Estate, Deal Structuring, with exposure to either speculative or client backed deals, or both.
