General Manager - Marketing

Role Overview

This is a leadership role responsible for driving performance marketing, brand strategy, and lead generation at scale across India.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize digital performance campaigns (CPC, CPL) across Google, Meta, and affiliate platforms
• Drive high-quality lead generation aligned with business objectives
• Plan and execute ATL campaigns (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor) across regions
• Design and implement BTL campaigns for on-ground engagement
• Oversee SEO, SMO, and digital content strategy
• Manage brand reputation across social and review platforms
• Ensure consistency and quality of all branding and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with and manage creative, digital, and PR agencies
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competition
• Track KPIs, optimize performance, and report marketing ROI to leadership

🔹 Candidate Profile

• MBA in Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication from a reputed institute
• 13–18 years of hands-on experience in core marketing roles
• Strong expertise in performance marketing and ATL/BTL campaigns
• Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to brand aesthetics
