Urgent Hiring for Digital Maketing Executive | Ludhiana

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing campaigns, generate quality leads, and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms for real estate projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of social media algorithms, paid campaigns, content strategy, and emerging digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Coordinate with agencies for SEO activities and campaign execution
• Create innovative ideas for video creation, graphical ads, and brand promotions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for campaign improvement
• Generate and optimize leads through paid and organic channels
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPM, ROI, and Engagement Rate
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and lead funnels
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives, reels, and ad campaigns
• Prepare analytics reports and suggest optimization strategies
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and advanced marketing techniques

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SMO, and social media algorithms
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing strategies
• Knowledge of analytical tools, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with AI tools and advanced video marketing concepts
• Understanding of CGI, 3D creatives, and reverse camera shoot concepts preferred
• Creative mindset with innovative campaign planning abilities
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Experience & Qualification

• MBA Marketing Preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Real estate industry experience preferred
