GENERAL MANAGER - INDIA

Location: Delhi, India

Product: Hard-Goods/General Retail Merchandise

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively manging vendors, manufacturers and suppliers in India
• Work closely with Key European Retailers to fulfil their diverse needs
• Develop existing business further by delivering excellence
• Manage the business operations to ensure on time delivery of quality, price competitive products

Experience required:

• Background in general merchandise/hard goods
• Strong understanding of Indian vendors, maximising relationships and value
• Experience developing European Retailer accounts, working closely with multiple stakeholders
• Clear track record of delivering operational excellence
• An understanding of working in a large matrix organisation
• Experience of working in Europe as well as India is highly desirable
