Location: Kochi, Kerala | Experience: Minimum 10 Years
We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong background in the plywood industry or related fields such as interior design, construction, or building materials. The role involves managing end-to-end business operations, driving growth, and leading teams.

- Oversee end-to-end business operations including sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and administration.
- Develop and execute business strategies, sales plans, and annual budgets for plywood and allied products.
- Drive revenue growth and expand dealer and distributor networks across assigned markets.
- Coordinate with production units and logistics teams to ensure timely supply and effective inventory control.
- Build, lead, and manage high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Track KPIs, profitability, collections, and market performance; present MIS reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and trade practices.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key dealers, distributors, project clients, and institutional customers.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of plywood products, pricing, and building materials market dynamics.
- Strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in the plywood, boards, laminates, interior, construction, or building materials industry (mandatory).
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large dealer and distributor networks.
