GEM Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven GEM Sales Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in IT Hardware tender quoting in GEM . This is a opportunity for professionals who have hands-on experience managing sales through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and handling institutional/government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle on the GeM portal (bid participation, catalogue management, order processing, and compliance).
• Identify and track relevant tenders/bids for laboratory reagents, consumables, instruments, and related products.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical documentation, and timely submission of bids.
• Follow up with government institutes, research labs, universities, and hospitals.
• Maintain sales pipeline, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts.
• Handle tenders and bidding on the GeM portal

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience handling GeM sales (mandatory).
• Background in Printer & Cartridges, Laptop, Desktops, Workstation and Server tender participation.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and government procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently /.
