Employees within GBS partner with multiple business functions who operate across TMICC’s 60 countries, such as Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Services, Consumer Engagement, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, Information Technology and beyond. You will become part of the delivery service engine behind TMICC’s hero brands, and will have the opportunity to implement new solutions and processes alongside an innovative tech stack.

Job Purpose

The Transition Manager is part of our Global Business Services (GBS) Strategy & Transformation team. This role will lead top-tier process transitions that align with ongoing transformation initiatives. The person in this position will ensure all transitions support organisational goals and are completed on schedule, maintaining high quality. They will oversee various transitions in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Supplier Operations, applying proven methodologies, standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute transitions on every step (solution identification, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, hypercare, and handover to operations).
  • Monitor transition performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Follow governance structures, reporting standards, and performance metrics for all transitions.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of complex transitions and transformation projects, including ERP implementations and demergers. Ensure the quality meets the agreed budget and timelines.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing end2end transitions
  • Proven track record managing various transitions within GBS, SSC, BPO, GCC
  • Experience with transformation programs, including ERP implementations and carve-outs/demergers (is a plus)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • High level of ownership and quality standard with day-to-day operations
  • Understanding of PMO governance, portfolio management and change management principles
