About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to pre-qualified leads
• Engage prospects through a consultative selling approach to understand their business needs
• Present solutions effectively and convert leads into paying customers
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status

Requirements

Must Have:

• Minimum 1 year of proven telesales/inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone/zoom
• B2B sales experience and understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes
• CRM proficiency - ability to accurately maintain customer data and sales records
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic suitable for remote work environment

Good to Have:

• Professional spoken English
• Experience selling to B2B leads
• Knowledge of sales tools and automation platforms
