About The Role

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Web Developer to join our dynamic Product Delivery Team based in San Francisco. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, product managers, and data specialists to develop robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing interfaces that address complex business challenges, particularly in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Sanctions List management workflows for top-tier banking clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to transition into the FinTech or Big Data sectors, providing exposure to high-impact projects and innovative technologies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration and web development, with a strong background in Microsoft and cloud technologies. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered. Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Microsoft .NET, Angular, Node.js, and ColdFusion is essential. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with SQL databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and security protocols. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Fullstack Web Developer, you will be involved in every phase of the product lifecycle, from initial discovery and design to development, testing, and deployment. Your responsibilities include collaborating with business analysts, product managers, and technical teams to lead the product design process, ensuring that design specifications are accurately translated into functional code. You will maintain high-quality UI/UX standards by creating and iterating on wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and pattern libraries. Additionally, you will estimate design and development tasks during planning sessions, contribute to sketching sessions involving cross-functional teams, and ensure that all UI components are responsive and adhere to best UX practices. Presenting your work during Show & Tell sessions to stakeholders and incorporating data-driven insights into design decisions will be integral to your role. You will also support security measures by understanding encryption techniques, multi-factor authentication, and vulnerability testing to safeguard applications against threats.
