We?re a fast-moving startup backed by strong early traction and looking for a lead-level Full Stack Developer to own our core tech stack and scale it with us. Job Description We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on the front end and back end of our software solutions, which are built using HTML5, CSS3, React, Redux, Python, Flask, and RQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing our web portals and mobile applications that play a crucial role in enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Build, ship, and own features end-to-end ? from backend APIs to mobile frontends. Design and scale our Python (Flask/FastAPI) services running on AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront). Integrate user-facing elements developed with server-side logic using Python and Flask. Develop slick and performant UIs using React Native (mobile) and React.js (web). Manage PostgreSQL schema design, optimization, and migrations. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines , code reviews, and automated testing. Collaborate directly with the founding team on product ideas, quick iterations, and architecture decisions. Lead by example ? help onboard and mentor 1?2 new engineers over the next 3?6 months. Collaborate with the freelance UI designers & Business Team to define, design, and ship new features. Maintain code integrity and organization & Implement security and data protection measures. Manage hosting environments, including database administration and scaling applications to support load changes. Ensure the responsiveness and scalability of applications across all devices, and Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability. Update and maintain the backend services and APIs and provide technical support and troubleshooting as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor?s or master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3?6 years of solid hands-on coding experience across the stack. Strong command of Python , Flask/FastAPI , React/React Native , and PostgreSQL . Strong proficiency with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Redux. Working knowledge of AWS Serverless tools and deployment practices. Comfort with Git, Docker, API design, and performance optimization. A startup mindset ? bias for action, ownership, and solving problems end-to-end. Experience working in agile , iterative, fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a hosting environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bonus Skills Experience building or scaling a SaaS product. Exposure to data-driven systems , IoT integrations , or automation workflows . Prior experience in a startup or small engineering team.
