About the Role

We are looking for a Backend-Focused Full Stack Engineer to build the engine behind our AI-powered financial tools. While you will work within a Next.js environment, your primary focus will be designing robust server-side logic, architecting complex APIs, and managing the data pipelines that power our AI/ML models. You will be responsible for the "brains" of the platform ensuring speed, security, and scalability for global financial institutions.

What You’ll Do

• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and microservices.
• API Design: Build robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to serve complex financial datasets.
• AI/ML Orchestration: Collaborate with AI engineers to deploy, scale, and integrate ML models into production workflows.
• Data Management: Architect efficient database schemas and optimize queries for high-volume financial transactions.
• Performance Optimization: Implement caching strategies (Redis) and message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka) to handle asynchronous processing.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all data pipelines are secure, encrypted, and meet BFSI industry standards.
• Infrastructure: Assist in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Our Tech Stack ( Preferred but not mandatory) 

• Primary Backend: Node.js (TypeScript),NestJs, Express.js .
• Frameworks: Next.js (App Router/Server Actions).
• Databases: PostgreSQL (Relational), MongoDB (NoSQL), Redis (Caching).
• Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform.
• Real-time: WebSockets, Webhooks, gRPC.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 2–6 years of engineering experience with a heavy emphasis on backend development and system design.
• Deep Logic Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous programming.
• DB Expertise: Proficiency in SQL optimization and managing distributed databases.
• Builder’s Mindset: A passion for creating scalable "plumbing" that remains stable under high load.
• Ownership: The ability to take a feature from a conceptual backend design to a fully deployed production service.
