Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in sales, business
development, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.
- Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
- MBA – 2025 / 2026 passouts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Good English communication.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls.
- Basic understanding of sales processes or CRM tools (optional).
