Full Stack Engineer

LinenGrass is a technology-driven platform providing linen management and laundry services for the hospitality industry. The platform streamlines linen pickup, washing, and delivery through a digital system that ensures transparency and accuracy. Using technologies RFID and AI we want to streamline and automate the linen operations Role Description We?re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (1?2 years experience) to join our early-stage startup in Bangalore . You?ll work directly with the founding team to design, develop, and scale our core platform ? blending technology, curiosity, and customer understanding. This isn?t a typical corporate role ? it?s for someone who loves building things from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and isn?t afraid to get their hands dirty to understand how our customers actually work. You?ll be a thinker who asks why before what and how , and who takes ownership from concept to deployment. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain frontend (React) and backend (Spring Boot) applications. Design and optimize data models using MySQL and MongoDB . Collaborate closely with the team to translate real-world business problems into clean, scalable solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across systems. Contribute ideas that shape both the product and the process as we grow Qualifications 1?2 years of experience in full-stack development. Strong hands-on skills with React.js and Java Spring Boot . Proficient in MySQL and MongoDB . Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn beyond your comfort zone. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
