Founded by IIT-Delhi alumni with deep industry experience, we raised seed funding in April 2023 and are now scaling our 35-member team to 50+ as we continue our growth journey.

We are looking for a 10X developer who knows how to use AI tools to work efficiently and produce 10X output. A developer who is highly passionate and welcomes the challenges of working with complex architecture, large database and solve scalability challenges and growing a young organization.

Responsibilities

• Given the problem, design architecture and UI flow, data flow with APIs and work with stakeholders to come up with a plan for implementation.
• Design and implement responsive, high performance applications using MERN stack.
• Build reusable code for future use.
• Work closely with various teams to help develop new ways of showcasing internal and external web applications.
• Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and experience across teams to enable effective use of our tools and solutions.
• Participate in problem management by identifying and closing gaps in monitoring and workflows.

Must-have skills

• BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from tier1 or tier2 college.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in Node.js development
• Working knowledge of React.js for front-end development
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency in JavaScript and its modern features (ES6+)
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of database systems (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.)
• Problem-solving aptitude with strong logical reasoning skills
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure.

Good to have

• Experience using AI tools for code assistance (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Hands-on Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Experience with tools like git and command line tools such as grep, sed, awk, ssh etc.

Soft skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to be flexible, agile, and thrive in chaos.
