Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Frontend Developer (Healthcare Platforms). The role is based in Vadodara with the flexibility of partial remote work. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features, ensuring responsive web design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and back-end components, and optimizing the user experience. You'll work closely with designers and other developers to create seamless, functional, and visually appealing web applications for healthcare platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development using React and TypeScript, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Build and evolve modular frontend architecture (including micro frontends where applicable) to support independent, scalable product delivery
• Translate complex healthcare workflows and UX designs into reliable, high-quality interfaces
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape features end-to-end
• Develop and maintain reusable, accessible components aligned with a shared design system
• Contribute to and challenge UX/UI decisions with a focus on usability, feasibility, and performance
• Integrate and optimize APIs (REST) for efficient, secure data handling
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (e.g., HIPAA) in frontend implementations
• Own frontend production — monitoring, debugging, and resolving issues proactively
• Drive performance improvements (bundle optimization, rendering efficiency, data handling)
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment workflows
• Define and uphold frontend engineering standards, architecture, and best practices

Qualifications

·      5+ years of experience building and scaling modern React applications

·      Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

·      Experience designing and maintaining component-based architectures or design systems

·      Proven experience working on data-intensive applications or dashboards

·      Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques

·      Experience integrating with backend systems via REST

·      Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and secure data handling

·      Experience working in production environments, including debugging and incident resolution

·      Ability to translate UI/UX designs into clean, production-ready implementations

·      Solid understanding of code quality, testing, and maintainability practices.

·      Comfortable collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams

Nice to Have

·      Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments

·      Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

·      Exposure to micro frontend architecture

·      Experience with frontend observability and monitoring tools
