Full Stack Engineer (Ecom/Quickcom)

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience: 3–8 Years

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (backend-heavy) to build and scale a high-performance supply chain planning platform. The role involves working on large-scale data systems that power inventory planning, order optimization, and real-time decision-making.

• Design and develop scalable backend systems for planning workflows (PO/TO creation, inventory allocation, replenishment).
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices for high-volume data processing.
• Develop systems supporting real-time and batch processing pipelines.
• Optimize data models, database performance, and system scalability.
• Implement caching and distributed computing strategies.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure engineering excellence through best practices in testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmap planning.

• Languages: Python, Golang, Node.js, Java/Kotlin
• Frameworks: Django

• Cloud/Infra: AWS / GCP, Docker

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4–7 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and high-performance systems.
• Experience working with data-intensive applications.
• Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.
• Basic frontend experience (React or dashboards).

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce platforms.
• Exposure to optimization algorithms, forecasting, or planning systems.
• Experience with inventory and fulfillment workflows.
