What You'll Do 

Own critical healthcare interfaces: Design and build the frontend systems that power hospital operations, patient care workflows, and clinical decision-making across our platform — screens that doctors, nurses, and administrators rely on every day.

Build for real users: Create complex, data-heavy UIs that handle healthcare's demanding requirements — multi-step clinical workflows, real-time data, and interfaces that need to be fast, reliable, and intuitive under pressure.

Work independently from API contracts: Translate backend contracts directly into polished, functional interfaces without needing a designer for every screen. You make frontend decisions and own them.

Leverage modern tools: Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining the quality and standards critical in healthtech.

Shape the product: Work closely with the technical lead and clinical teams to evolve our platform, tackle complex UI challenges, and influence frontend architecture decisions that will serve thousands of healthcare providers.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of solid hands-on experience building production-grade frontend applications
• Next.js / React proficiency: A strong foundation in Next.js and React — this is essential for success in this role
• API-driven development: Ability to build complete, functional UIs directly from API contracts — no Figma dependency
• Complex form and workflow UI: Experience building multi-step forms, conditional flows, validation-heavy interfaces, and data-heavy screens
• Full-stack awareness: Enough understanding of how APIs and databases work to collaborate effectively with backend developers and ask the right questions
• Version control: Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Engineering best practices: Well-versed in testing, code reviews, and CI/CD principles — you care about quality, not just delivery
• Independent thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make UI decisions confidently and work with minimal hand-holding
• Strong communicator: Clear communication and interpersonal skills — able to flag blockers early and collaborate effectively across the team
• Passion for impact: A genuine desire to build high-quality software that makes a difference in healthcare.

Good to have:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with data visualisation libraries — charts, dashboards, real-time data displays
• Prior experience in healthtech or enterprise software with complex domain logic
• Has shipped at least one product used by real users in a production environment.
