React Developer – Design Systems, CMS & AI-Driven Development

We are looking for a skilled React Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications, creating robust Design Systems, developing CMS-driven solutions, and leveraging AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) to accelerate product delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend engineering expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Build, maintain, and scale reusable Design System components.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate Figma designs into production-ready components.
• Establish component documentation, coding standards, and governance processes.
• Ensure consistency across products through reusable design patterns and UI libraries.

• Develop and integrate CMS platforms such as WordPress (Headless), Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, or similar solutions.
• Create reusable content models and dynamic page templates.
• Work with APIs and third-party integrations to support content workflows.

• Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms to improve development productivity.
• Build AI-enabled user experiences and workflows where applicable.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and best practices for software development.

• Manage repositories, branches, pull requests, and code reviews using Git and GitHub.
• Follow modern development workflows, CI/CD practices, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in remote and hybrid environments.

• 3+ years of experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems and component libraries.
• Experience with Next.js and API integrations.
• Strong Git and GitHub workflow management experience.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and headless architecture.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance optimization.
• Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools and modern developer workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, ShadCN, Chakra UI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Storybook and component documentation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Vercel.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps fundamentals.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
