Role Description

PixelCraft Infotech is seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth office administration. The role includes welcoming and assisting visitors, managing communications, maintaining office organization, and handling customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels. This role requires proactive coordination with internal teams and external contacts to maintain professional and efficient front office operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office management to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Professional expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction with a focus on resolving inquiries and improving visitor experiences
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, team members, and visitors
  • Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling systems
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role is an advantage
