Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Josco College of Nursing, located in Alleppey. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to nursing students, designing and implementing curriculum and lesson plans, guiding students in academic and clinical practices, conducting research, and collaborating with faculty to enhance educational strategies. The role also involves assessing and providing constructive feedback on student performance, mentoring students, and engaging in academic administrative duties.

• Proficiency in Teaching, Curriculum Development, and Academic Mentorship
• Experience in Research, Evidence-Based Practices, and Clinical Supervision
• Strong Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proven ability in Planning, Organization, and Time Management
• Hold a Master's degree or higher in Nursing or a related healthcare field
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or relevant healthcare certification
