Sales Co-ordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. You will be the backbone of our back-office operations, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations for our high-pressure pump systems, and ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quotation Management: Prepare and email formal quotations (Proforma Invoices) to clients based on their requirements for pumps and accessories.
• Order Processing: Receive purchase orders (POs), check stock availability (pumps, motors, trolleys), and coordinate with the assembly team for readiness.
• Client Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails. Update clients on their order status, dispatch details, and delivery timelines.
• Dispatch Coordination: Create delivery challans and coordinate with transporters/lorry services to ensure material reaches the customer safely.
• Payment Follow-up: Follow up with clients for 100% advance payment before dispatch as per company policy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain a simple Excel sheet of daily inquiries, orders received, and pending payments.

Requirements (Who we are looking for):

• Education: Any Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / B.A) or Diploma holder.
• Computer Skills: Must know Microsoft Excel (basic formulas), Word, and Email drafting.
• Communication: Good command of written and spoken English & Hindi.
• Attitude: Punctual, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about technical products.
