Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Front End Developer with over 5 years of specialized experience to join our innovative team at fusionSpan. The ideal candidate is a master of WordPress and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in translating complex client requirements into high-performing, responsive user interfaces that drive operational efficiency and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Development & WordPress Management: Lead the creation and implementation of sophisticated UI development projects, leveraging 5+ years of WordPress expertise to build and maintain high-quality web solutions.
• Advanced Front-End Coding: Write clean, efficient code using HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like LESS or SASS, ensuring all designs are fully responsive and optimized for performance.
• Client-Centric Customization: Analyze and troubleshoot websites to deliver personalized code and features that meet the unique needs and technical requirements of our nonprofit clients.
• Framework Integration: Utilize professional experience in React, Angular, or Vue.js to develop and enhance modern web applications.
• Collaborative Version Control: Work effectively within a team environment using code-sharing platforms like Bitbucket or GitHub, and maintain strict version control standards using Git.
• Communication & Excellence: Maintain high standards of communication in English while collaborating with internal teams to create top-performing digital interfaces.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in WordPress
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI development
• Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, and Responsive design.
• Experience in React/Angular/Vue Js is a must have.
• Experience in creating code to the client's personalized needs and requirements
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
• Use pre-processors such as LESS or SASS.
• Use of code-sharing environments like Bitbucket or Git Hub.
• Use of Git for version control or some other version control method
• Strong communications skills in English
