Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Front Desk Executive based in Ghaziabad. The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling all receptionist duties including welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and redirecting calls as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing appointments, ensuring a smooth office workflow, and delivering professional customer service while maintaining excellent phone and in-person communication etiquette.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
  • Professional phone etiquette and experience performing receptionist duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, multitask, and maintain an organized front desk environment
  • Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with office equipment is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
