Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Education: Graduate
Experience: 1 – 2 Years (Sales / Telesales / Business Development)
Age Limit: 20 – 35 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM leads
• Explain the hair regrowth program and guide prospects toward enrollment
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth enrollment process

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tools is a plus
