Role Description

The Jr. Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role includes managing day-to-day social media operations, creating compelling social media content, implementing strategies to improve audience engagement, and monitoring platform performance. Key responsibilities involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, understanding brand voice, running social campaigns, and ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Content Creation, and platform management
• Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and strategies
• Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles and practices
• Strong Communication skills, including both written and verbal proficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
