General Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement test strategies and detailed test plans for camera features, sensors, and image quality validation.
Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, performance, and system-level evaluations on embedded platforms.
Conduct triage and root cause analysis, leveraging deep system-level knowledge and debugging skills to resolve complex issues.
Collaborate closely with internal test teams and external partners to drive quality and meet project timelines.
Maintain a thorough and analytical approach to testing, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all deliverables.
Prepare and deliver clear documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging technologies and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

Strong experience in camera features, sensors, and image quality testing.
Proven ability in test strategy development, planning, and execution.
Good understanding of software life cycle, bug tracking tools and test methodologies.
Expertise in system-level debugging and embedded systems testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in test automation using C, Java, or Python.
Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting for embedded systems.”

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
