We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about designing, developing, and fielding intelligent solutions that have direct and measurable Product Quality impact to Apple. You will work with various business and engineering leaders to build innovative solutions. You should possess a broad knowledge of existing Frontend, Backend, Devops technology trends and the creativity to invent and customize when necessary.

Description

Apple has a strong customer first approach and believes in quality delivery for every product. In this role, you will work on the Gen AI Solutions team in Apple’s contact center to enable customers to reach Apple seamlessly through chat and voice channels with Apple advisors. The focus will be to enhance and enrich the Generative AI ecosystem for the best contact center experience. We support a collaborative work environment, while allowing solution autonomy on projects.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and design end to end customer experience solutions in chat and voice landscape to support Apple's business units
• Work with business owners to map business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and implement solutions to fit business problems, which may include architecting from a standard approach or customizing for efficiency
• Drive and deliver the end to end solution from ideation to requirements to production
• Work closely with solution architects and software developers to generate flawless micro service architectures and innovative solutions for end users
• Work with project managers for smooth communication and release management
• Focus on Operational Efficiency and Engineering Excellence
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent field
• Strong knowledge of Rust, Python with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience in Kafka, Kubernetes, Java and general software development skills (source code management, debugging, testing, deployment etc.)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Cloud Technologies like AWS, GCP, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with multiple stakeholders technical and non-technical
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and approaches
• Working experience in Software Development Lifecycles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration.
• Strong development experience of micro services architecture in a highly distributed environment with AI/ML (Gen AI) project integrations
• Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience with Vector, Relational and No-SQL Databases such as Milvus, Mongo, Cassandra, Solr
• Sharp Troubleshooting skills and real world systems deployment experience.
