HR Recruiter | Freelance · Part-Time · Remote
About the Role
We need a recruiter who owns the pipeline, not one who forwards resumes. You'll work directly with hiring managers, move fast, and bring genuine signal on every candidate you push forward.
What You'll Do
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across technical and non-technical roles
• Run initial screening calls and assess fit on skills and culture
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal stakeholders
What You Need
• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, in-house or agency
• Ability to close roles independently, without hand-holding
• Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, communities, referrals, not just Easy Apply
• Clear written communication at every stage of the candidate journey
• Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Good to Have
• Startup or high-growth hiring experience
• Familiarity with India-based or remote-first team hiring
• Basic grip on compensation benchmarking
How We Work
• Fully remote and async-friendly
• No fixed hours, but turnaround SLAs are non-negotiable
• Instructions will be updated via Loom Link
• Direct access to decision-makers, no middlemen, no layers
Compensation
Per-hire fee or monthly retainer, based on volume and role complexity. Negotiable.
