Role Description The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various technical and non-technical roles. This contract role is on-site and based in Trivandrum, requiring close collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds. The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment tracking systems, and ensuring a professional and inclusive candidate experience. The Freelance Recruiter will contribute to refining hiring strategies and supporting workforce planning to meet the company’s evolving talent needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to build and manage talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to non-discriminatory recruitment.
- Prior experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or HR professional, preferably in the technology sector.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Trivandrum and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
