Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Freelance Recruiter at DEI Champion. The Freelance Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from diverse talent communities for roles across levels and industries. Responsibilities include partnering with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, crafting inclusive job descriptions, and aligning recruitment strategies with DEI best practices. The role also involves building and nurturing talent pipelines, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview logistics, and managing candidate communication and feedback. The Freelance Recruiter will use digital tools and applicant tracking systems, maintain accurate recruitment data, and support employer branding initiatives that promote inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for multiple roles and levels.
