Nirav Studios is a creative media agency specializing in video editing, reel creation, and digital marketing services. We partner with brands, creators, and businesses to scale their online presence through high-quality, result-driven content.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for Nirav Studios.
This is a remote, performance-driven role, with a strong preference for candidates based in Bengaluru and Pune due to better access to high-potential markets and networking opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Identify, approach, and close potential clients across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, email, etc.)
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Proven experience in business development / sales (agency or digital services preferred)
- Strong closing skills with a track record of generating revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with a target-oriented mindset
- Understanding of digital marketing, reels, or content services is a strong advantage
- Candidates based in Bengaluru or Pune will be given priority
- Performance-based (high commission / revenue share model)
