Role Description The Franchise Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ghaziabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for developing and managing the franchise network, including identifying potential franchise partners, overseeing franchise onboarding, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines. The Franchise Director will drive franchise sales, support business planning for franchisees, monitor P&L performance, and provide regular performance reviews and guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, coordinating marketing and promotional initiatives with franchise partners, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, finance, and product development. The role also involves analyzing market trends, optimizing franchise territory strategies, and ensuring a consistent, premium customer experience across all locations.

Qualifications
- Franchising and business planning skills to develop, expand, and support a sustainable franchise network.
- P&L management and financial analysis skills to oversee franchise performance and ensure profitability.
- Sales and relationship management skills to attract franchise partners, drive revenue, and maintain strong franchisee engagement.
- Training and coaching skills to design and deliver effective learning programs for franchise teams.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or luxury goods is highly desirable, especially in multi-location or franchise environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in franchising or retail management are a plus.
