Loop Solar is seeking an execution-focused Operations Specialist to take complete ownership of our rapidly expanding national solar equipment distribution warehouse network, currently spanning 11+ managed and self-operated warehouses. In this role, you will manage end-to-end supply chain execution across India—balancing aggressive cost-control with meticulous quality control for fragile solar components. This is a high-impact, dynamic position requiring extensive travel for site scouting and staff training, immaculate data integrity, and seamless daily coordination across vendors, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure operations efficiency.

• Cost Benchmarking: Maintain a strict cost cap of $\le$ 7 paise per watt of solar panels sold per warehouse.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and audit per-square-foot charges, manual labor costs, and heavy machinery rates (forklifts, hydras).
• Vendor Negotiations: Actively negotiate rates with local forklift/hydra operators and managed service providers.
• Invoice Auditing: Thoroughly cross-check invoices from managed warehouse providers to prevent inflated charges.
• KPI Management: Own and report on monthly metrics, specifically the cost per watt of material moved.

• Handling Standards: Enforce strict loading and unloading Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fragile solar panels.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Ensure all warehouse teams share real-time videos and photos of loading/unloading to guarantee 100% compliance.

• Daily Tracking: Log daily incoming and outgoing material movements.
• Barcoding: Enforce 100% barcode scanning at the exact time of dispatch.
• Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock audits. Tally managed warehouse reports against internal stock management systems, strictly adhering to specific provider procedures.

• Scouting & Contracting: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts for new warehouse locations to support business growth and operational efficiency shifts.
• Operationalization: Take new facilities from contract to fully functional "Day 1" operations.
• Field Presence: Travel extensively across India for site scouting, staff training, and operational oversight.

• Freight Negotiation: Secure the lowest possible transport rates with the highest safety standards from transport vendors across all warehouse hubs.
• Courier & Parcel Contracts: Secure and manage ongoing contracts with courier vendors for corrugated box-based deliveries (e.g., solar inverters) to maximize speed and minimize cost.

• Immaculate Records: Maintain flawless data pipelines for dispatch logs, barcode scans, courier/transport receipts, and operational analytics for management review.
• Staff Training: Master internal data management systems and train warehouse staff/managers to ensure seamless process adoption.

• Internal Teams: Align daily with Sales (for dispatch instructions and verifying payments are completed pre-dispatch) and Accounts.
• External Partners: Seamlessly coordinate timelines between warehouse staff, clients, transporters, courier services, and heavy machinery operators.
