Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Franchise Business Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Ghaziabad, with opportunities for partial remote work. The role involves identifying and managing franchise opportunities, developing business plans, implementing franchising strategies, managing day-to-day franchise operations, and overseeing profit and loss (P&L) management for franchise units. You will work closely with franchisees to ensure alignment with Akava Luxury’s brand values and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising strategies
• Strong skills in Business Planning and Business Management
• Proven experience in P&L Management and financial oversight
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Ability to operate in hybrid work settings with a focus on delivering measurable results
• Prior experience in the fashion or luxury goods sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
