Job Title : RFM (REGIONAL FRANCHISEE ACQUISITION MANAGER)


About Company : Shivam Stock Broking Company is an Exclusive Regional Business Partner of Mirae Asset Sharekhan.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

· Acquisition of New Business Partner for Sharekhan Limited

· Handholding & Training of new Business Partner

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

· Identifying prospects from market data and other leads.

· Converting prospects in MASK Franchisee (out station visit also required) only within Bihar exclusive

· To ensure Presence of Sharekhan in all major districts of Bihar

· Compliance, Voice logger, Signage, Mandatory poster, etc installation at BP outlet

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

· Inauguration of BP with his clients at their place

· Monthly Report & Daily MIS

· Team Handling

PERSONAL SKILLS :

· Good Communication and leadership skills.

· Equity / MF Knowledge

SALARY & PACKAGE

· Salary 6-7 lack P.A. + Performance incentive
