As one of our founding team members, you'll play a key role in building India's largest affiliate-led growth engine.

Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, growth-focused individual to lead and scale FinBizNet's Affiliate Growth Program. This is not a traditional marketing role—you will build the affiliate ecosystem from scratch, onboard high-quality partners, optimize conversions, and create a scalable acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own FinBizNet's Affiliate Growth Program.
• Recruit and onboard affiliate partners, finance influencers, creators, educators, and communities.
• Design incentive structures and affiliate campaigns to maximize customer acquisition.
• Develop partnerships with YouTubers, Telegram admins, Instagram creators, LinkedIn influencers, and trading communities.
• Improve affiliate activation, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze campaign performance, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Create playbooks, onboarding material, and promotional assets for affiliates.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve conversion funnels.
• Scale the affiliate network into one of FinBizNet's largest growth channels.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, or Community Growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
• Experience working with influencers or affiliate networks is preferred.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Highly entrepreneurial with an ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for investing, stock markets, or fintech is a strong advantage.

Bonus Points

• Existing network of finance influencers or creators.
• Experience scaling affiliate programs for SaaS, fintech, or consumer internet businesses.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and analytics tools.
