The tools we build reach every corner of the globe and serve a wildly diverse user base—from major movie studios, global brands, and elite professional basketball teams to universities, city governments, and even kids' schools. We operate in a fun, highly collaborative environment where we obsess over design, engineering principles, and ultimately getting to the user's objectives better than any other product can.

The Role We are looking for a trailblazing Android Engineer to take full ownership of our mobile experience. You will go from 0 to 1, transforming high-level concepts, raw data, and customer feedback into a flawless reality. This is a self-managed, high-impact role for someone who operates like a founder. You will work closely with our core team in a tight, feedback-driven loop to refine every detail until it’s perfect.

Key Responsibilities

• 0 to 1 Execution: Take the lead on architecting, building, and launching our Android app from the ground up to reach our global, multi-industry user base.
• Product & Design: Bridge the gap between engineering and user experience. Apply strong design principles to ensure the app doesn't just work well, but looks and feels like a world-class Android product.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Translate high-level data and direct customer feedback into actionable development phases and feature improvements.
• Deep Collaboration: Thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, working closely with the team on UI/UX, design, and engineering philosophies to aggressively pursue user objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Entrepreneurial Track Record: You have either been a founder yourself or have independently built and scaled an app to over 5,000 Monthly Active Users (MAU) from scratch.
• Android Mastery: Deep, philosophical understanding of Android development, architecture, and native interface standards.
• Design Intuition: You don't just code; you possess a strong design background and deeply understand user interfaces, user experiences, and what looks great on Android.
• Self-Starter: You require minimal oversight, thrive in a self-managed environment, and can confidently take a project from an abstract idea to a finished, market-ready product.
