Founders Office Expert (Part-time, Equity only - No pay until funding)

Location: Bhubaneswar (Hybrid / On-ground involvement required)

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Expert who will work directly with the Founder to drive strategy, growth, and execution across multiple ventures in the healthcare and food innovation ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership startup environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can move seamlessly between strategy, operations, growth, and partnerships.

You will play a core role in building and scaling early-stage initiatives, shaping the company’s growth trajectory and building strong foundations before the funding stage.

The Founder’s Office Expert will support the founder across multiple strategic areas including:

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Design and execute growth strategies for healthcare and food ventures
• Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and expansion models
• Build and test scalable business models

1. Go-To-Market & Market Expansion

• Lead GTM strategies for new products and services
• Validate markets through pilots, campaigns, and partnerships
• Work on customer acquisition and growth channels

1. Fundraising & Investor Readiness

• Assist in building investor decks, financial projections, and data rooms
• Support investor outreach and networking
• Prepare reports and traction metrics for funding discussions

1. Strategic Partnerships & Networking

• Build relationships with investors, healthcare experts, food industry leaders, MSMEs, and institutions
• Create collaboration opportunities with industry stakeholders
• Represent the organization in networking opportunities

1. Operations & Execution

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives
• Set up systems, processes, and dashboards for operational efficiency
• Ensure alignment across multiple startup verticals

1. Innovation, AI & Automation

• Explore AI tools and automation systems to improve operations and scale
• Support product innovation and R&D initiatives
• Implement technology-driven solutions for operational efficiency
  

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• 3–8 years of experience in startups, consulting, strategy, or growth roles
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
• Experience in healthcare, food, wellness, or consumer businesses is preferred
• Ability to work across multiple domains (strategy, operations, growth, partnerships)
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Strong execution mindset with ownership and accountability
• Experience in fundraising, market research, or GTM strategy is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern productivity tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in ambiguity and build from scratch
