Opportunity to build and grow a series-A startup. &Done is looking for stellar folks to join hands in building a global haircare brand.

&Done is a new-age, premium, professional haircare brand, specifically formulated and tested for Indian hair, weather, and habits, using the best actives from across the globe. 1500 stylists are using us in 300+ salons across India. We are funded by one of India’s premier VC funds.

&Done is founded by hair-obsessed, serial entrepreneurs Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain.

Saumya studied computer science from IIT Delhi and did her MBA from Stanford GSB, USA. In 2019, she started Udayy, an edtech startup for kids, and scaled it to $2.5M ARR.

Atit is a BITS Pilani’09 alum, 2X founder – Pluss (sold to Reliance’s Netmeds), Bulbul (sold to Good Glamm group), ex-VC @ Elevation Capital ($4B AUM).

Both founders have been a part of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia charter.

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role working directly with the founding team on critical initiatives across strategy, operations, growth, and cross-functional execution. You will support key business decisions, build processes from scratch, and ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams.

What you will do

• Conduct market and competitive analyses, build business cases, and drive strategic insights
• Lead GTM and expansion projects; support pricing, process automation, cost optimisation, and product innovation
• Elevate customer experience by identifying friction points and proposing improvements
• Build dashboards, financial models, and frameworks to track business KPIs
• Analyse consumer and growth data deeply to identify trends and levers
• Recommend actionable insights backed by rigorous research and structured thinking

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability (Excel/Sheets & modeling proficiency)
• Excellent project/program management capability
• Sharp communication — written, verbal, storytelling
• High bias for action; ready to get hands dirty in execution
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ownership, accountability, agility.
• Experience: 2 Years
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier-1 Pedigree Institutes
• Preferred Background: High-performing candidates from MBB / Tier-1 Consulting firms or strong business-first roles in high-growth startups
