With 16 locations in Mumbai, serving over 50,000 orders monthly.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Founders Office - D2C position, based in Mumbai. As part of this role, you will work closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the effective execution of projects. Responsibilities include shaping the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) strategy, analyzing key business metrics, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing business operations, and exploring growth opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in supporting decision-making processes and scaling the business by contributing to pivotal organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance, monitor metrics, and derive actionable insights
• Project management, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience in strategy development, growth planning, and execution
• Knowledge of D2C operations and familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
• Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fields; previous experience in startups or fast-paced companies is a bonus
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong drive to contribute to a growing company
