Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the leadership team. This role sits at the heart of Build’s operations — providing strategic, administrative, and organizational support to ensure the company runs efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of building and scaling a fast-paced tech startup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the founders.
  • Manage internal and external communications, scheduling, and pipeline coordination.
  • Maintain documentation — including company policies, presentations, investor decks, and process notes.
  • Oversee lead tracking and CRM updates; ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders and clients.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, take concise notes, and ensure action items are completed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Support project management workflows and help streamline company operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and CRM platforms).
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
